These terms apply to every wedding, event, portrait, and freelance booking with Fullerton Photography LLC ("Photographer"). By paying a deposit or signing a Package Form, you ("Client") agree to the terms below.
Wedding packages require 33% down to book, 33% due the day of the event, and the remaining balance due within two weeks after. Freelance, portrait, and à-la-carte bookings are 50% deposit and 50% due the day of the event. Unpaid balances may result in media being withheld until payment is received in full.
Final galleries are typically ready in 4–8 weeks (engagement sessions in 1–2 weeks), hosted online in a password-protected gallery. Every photo is manually edited by hand. Fullerton Photography may use AI-assist tools within Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom for complex edits, but never outsources editing or hands off decisions to third-party AI — all edits are hand-crafted by the photographer.
Clients receive full-resolution digital photos for personal use — downloading, printing, sharing, and posting online with credit to the photographer. Fullerton Photography retains full rights to use session photos for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes. Commercial use by the client (advertising, resale, etc.) requires separate arrangement.
If your date needs to move, contact Fullerton Photography as early as possible — rescheduling is accommodated when possible but isn't guaranteed, and a fee of one hour's rate from your package may apply. Refunds on deposits follow this schedule:
6+ months before the event: 100% deposit refund
3–6 months before the event: 50% deposit refund
Less than 3 months before the event: no refund
Client releases Photographer from liability for circumstances beyond reasonable control — weather, equipment failure, scheduling conflicts, and similar events. In the rare case the Photographer is unable to attend due to a covered emergency, a full deposit refund is issued.
